In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

To register an account on 207pub, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 207pub is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity. Deposits. 207pub accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your account wallet in the currency of Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits funded via e-wallet (GCash, Maya) are typically credited within seconds of the transaction being authorized.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated pending winnings.

All games available on 207pub are governed by their respective game rules as published within the game interface, supplemented by these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific game rules expressly state otherwise.

Live Casino. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real-time human dealers and standard physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in certified studio environments. All live studio equipment is subject to independent third-party testing to ensure compliance with statistical fairness standards.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 207pub platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

207pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when required;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Suspected money laundering, match-fixing, or other financial crime;
• Provision of false information during registration or verification;
• Multi-accounting or account sharing;
• Detection of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or prohibited betting strategies;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

Players may also voluntarily close their 207pub account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (net of active bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Informal Resolution.
